A. Every item ordered from the
Vogelzang web site includes FREE shipping when delivered to the Lower
Continental USA. (Additional shipping charges apply to Hawaii and
Alaska.) Optional liftgate service for heavy stoves is available at the
rate of $75.
Q. Where may I obtain literature, see, or buy one of your wood stoves
or coal burning stoves in my area?
A. Aside from the fine retailers that we have listed on our web-site, almost ANY hardware store in this country,
(Ace, Tru-Value, Do-It-Best, Orgill, etc.) has access to our model line. However, if they do not have our products on display,
you may have to speak directly to the owner of the store to receive the information that you seek. Kindly
reference our
dealer page
that lists those retailers that
have access to our woodstove products.

Q. Do you sell parts for your wood stoves? I have one that looks like yours, (i.e. Franklin Stove) that needs new parts. Will your parts will fit my
woodstove?
A. We offer a FULL compliment of spare/replacement parts for the
V.I.C. model
line. We do NOT sell parts for ANY other brand(s) of stove. Even though many stoves may look alike, the parts are usually NOT interchangeable. Please contact
Total Hearth & Grill Inc @ 1-800-874-0791 or, Woodman's Parts Plus @ 1-800-522-8216 for replacement
wood stove parts. These companies offer a variety of parts for many brands of
wood stoves and will be happy to entertain your request.
Q. May I install one of your wood stove or coal burning stoves in my mobile home or pre-manufactured home?
A. Our woodstoves are expressly forbidden to be installed in mobile homes, manufactured homes, trailers or tents.
(NO Exceptions)
Please do NOT order one and proceed with an improper installation. Here's why: A mobile home/pre-manufactured home, type stove must meet VERY strict and stringent requirements and/or guidelines in order to be installed in a mobile home/pre-manufactured home. OUR
WOOD STOVES DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS AND/OR GUIDELINES. In this case, we regret that we cannot meet your need for a wood/coal burning
appliance (stove).
Q. I have installation questions regarding your wood stoves/coal burning stoves. Will you assist me?
A. First and foremost, if you have ANY installation questions as they pertain to one of our wood/coal burning stoves, BEYOND what we spell out in our comprehensive
installation instructions (linked from each wood stove page) or, if you are not quite sure just how to go about properly installing one of our wood/coal burning stoves, then we strongly recommend that you contact a qualified, "licensed," Heating and Cooling contractor PRIOR to installing one of our stoves. Please do your due diligence and take NO short cuts in this area. PLEASE make absolutely sure that your
woodstove is plumbed, vented, and installed properly. You are literally dealing with fire and SAFETY is our number one concern in this regard.
